Shipping policy
Kuku Official Store provides fast and reliable shipping options worldwide. The shipping times mentioned below are estimated guidelines. We do not process online orders during weekends or public holidays.
We use DHL Express Shipping for all international orders. DHL usually delivers within 3-6 business days depending on your location.
PLEASE NOTE:
- DHL Express does NOT cater to or accept PO BOX deliveries.
- The transit times provided are estimates only.
North America
Currently, DHL is not delivering to Cuba until further notice.
Rest of World
DHL standard shipping is temporarily suspended for the following countries, but DHL Express shipping is accepted: Bonaire, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Guinea, Laos, Libya, New Caledonia, Mauritius, Myanmar, Reunion, Suriname, Turkmenistan, Trinidad and Tobago, Yemen, and Central African Republic.
The following countries MUST provide a PO Box delivery address for DHL Standard shipping: Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.
The following countries MUST provide a street address for standard shipping: Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon.
We currently DO NOT SHIP to:
- Philippines,
- Brazil,
- Puerto Rico,
- Costa Rica,
- Iran,
- Syria, and
- Yemen.
DISPATCH TIME FRAME
Orders placed before 12PM IST from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. Orders made during the weekend or on a Thailand Public Holiday will be dispatched the next business day. After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number in the email provided during checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch during high volume periods, holidays, and sales.
DELIVERY
Most orders will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at your address during delivery, most couriers will leave a calling card.
International customers: Contact DHL in your country to reschedule delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
After your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours (Monday to Friday) for the tracking number. If you don't receive it, check your 'Junk' email folder.
CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers may be charged for purchasing & importing products. If an international shipment incurs customs duties and taxes, customers must cover these costs.
Kuku Official Store does not handle or predict these charges. Unclaimed parcels or those with unpaid duties & taxes may be disposed of in the destination country. If parcels are returned to us, DHL's return costs will be deducted from the customer's store credit.
PRE-ORDERS
If you order an in-stock item with a pre-order item, both will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available. For immediate shipment of in-stock items, place separate orders. Pre-orders cannot be canceled.
RETURN TO SENDER
Orders returned to us as undeliverable will receive a store credit, in the form of a gift card, for the item's value, excluding original shipping costs. To understand the reason for the return, contact the shipping company with your tracking number. This is often due to invalid or missing address details.
DELAYS & LOST IN TRANSIT
Kuku Official Store is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or transit delays. We don't take responsibility for orders once they're delivered and confirmed by tracking. Delays in customs, beyond our control, are not our responsibility.
